Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been posted.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50 (not including digital products).

We are currently only shipping to the UK, however we plan to ship to Europe later in 2025. Contact us for further information.

Refunds and Returns:

We accept refunds and returns on physical products 30 days after delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition. Once we have received your return, we will refund you (minus shipping costs) as soon as possible.

Problems with items received: We quality check all items before shipping, and pack your order securely so it arrives to you safely. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with one of your items, please email us at bestbehavedbirds@gmail.com so we can help you as soon as possible.

Consultation cancellations and refunds: We offer refunds on consultations cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to keep your fee as we will have already begun work on your case. Please email us at bestbehavedbirds@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your booking.

Course and Action Plan refunds: Our parrot care courses are non-refundable. If you require a refund on an action plan, please contact us no later than 48 hours after your order was placed. Any refund requests initiated after this time will not be processed as we will have already started working on your case.
