International Shipping Policy
In addition to the UK where we are based, we also ship to Europe.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only ship parrot food to Europe. Unfortunately our Pet Bird Accessories are not able to be shipped to Europe at this time.
Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout and are based on the weight of your items. At present, there is not a free shipping option for our European customers. We use Royal Mail International Tracked shipping for all European orders. At present, we can only ship orders up to 2kg to European countries. If you are looking to place a bulk order, please email us at bestbehavedbirds@gmail.com and we will see what we can arrange.
Customs fees are not included in any of the pricing on our website. The price of customs fees is not in our control, and customs fees are paid for by you, the consumer, when your parcel enters your country. Please check the customs charges from the United Kingdom to your country BEFORE placing an order.
Occasionally, parcels being shipped across borders might be subject to inspection by customs agencies in the destination country. Please be aware that this is a standard international procedure and, while not applicable to all shipments, it may on occasion result in your parcel being delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience in the event that your parcel undergoes customs review, as we remain committed to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner.
